Pho Real

Came for brunch right at opening at 11am. We were the first patrons of the day. I got the pho tai bo vien and Vietnamese iced coffee. The pho broth was clean and not oily, it hit the spot and didn’t make me feel disgusting or thirsty after which is always a good sign. There was a good portion of meat as well. I got the small bowl which was $17, typically other places charge this for a medium bowl so this was definitely a bit more expensive than it should’ve been. The Vietnamese coffee was disappointing as it tasted like instant coffee with milk and not drip coffee with condensed milk as per traditional Vietnamese coffee so I would not order that again. Service was kind but as being the only patrons hard to judge the speed accurately.

Wow! First, this has to be one of the most flavourful and enjoyable bowls of Pho I have ever had. I am a big foodie and this left a very lasting and big impression on me. I reside in Hamilton, but anytime I am in the area I will be back to this establishment. I would recommend this to anybody who wants to have something delicious, clean and flavourful. I also met the owners which they were very pleasant and lovely people, and I wish them all the very best. I left a five star review but if I can give 10 stars, I would, amazing job guys keep up the good work and I will see you again soon!!

When you are in the mood for some authentic Vietnamese and Thai food, look no further than this hidden gem. I don’t know what the Vietnamese equivalent of an Italian nonna is, but I am certain she is hard at work in this kitchen! Best Khao Soi I have had in the GTA, but feel free to experiment with all the menu items because everything is that little bit better than you are used to.

We went for lunch here, and it gives you a family managed pho place vibes. We tried the fresh shrimp rolls and absolutely loved it. The mango salad was also really good, the chicken pho could have been a little better - the broth could be a little more flavourful. We ended the meal with the Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk and that was so refreshing. They also give you frozen grapes as a sweet treat at the end of the meal - and if you go during lunch don’t forget to ask them. I can definitely come back here for the shrimp rolls and the coffee.

Pho Real served a truly authentic Vietnamese meal. The Rice Vermicelli with Pork Tenderloin and the Rice Vermicelli with Beef Tenderloin were both full of fresh flavour and cooked perfectly. The spring rolls were crisp and delicious. The place has a great location in Vaughan and the food quality really stands out. A fantastic spot for a comforting and genuine Vietnamese meal.

Don't let the resto name fool you like it did my husband. We finally tried and can't believe we didn't try it earlier. Their bo Kho soup is so good, meat was melt-in-your-mouth. My husband just wished there was an option to get a bigger portion. The lemongrass chicken in the vermicelli bowl was a bit too salty but the bowl was huge with lots of fresh veggies. Complimentary frozen grapes in the end was a nice touch!

Was in the area and wanted to try some Pho, and I was not disappointed, by far the best I’ve ever had. My family sampled the crispy rice and rice vermicelli dishes and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Good price and great service!
